Fill en evaluation

This page explains how to fill a evaluation grid

• Gen. Evaluation button of the People Display
• Miscellaneous > 2 Evaluation

A set of indicators must first have been defined

If the evaluation also concerns Objectives, so these objectives must have been implemented in the system

• An evaluation is individual : only one person is concerned
• The person is evaluated by an auditor
• The person is evaluated about items, included in a set of items.
• The evaluation concerns a period
  • According to the date of the evaluation, if an objective was fixed for this year, then this objective will be evaluated

An evaluation grid, based on the indicators of the selected set appears.
For a better visibility, the indicators are posted by Type of evaluation

Every indicator shows the parametrized values. Nevertheless, the weights of the indicators are not shown

As said previously, if an objective was fixed for this year, then this objective will be evaluated

The informations of this form are sent to the file people evaluation (Menu Modules > 5. Evaluations > 3. People evaluation) :

• The indicators, values and comments are shown
• The obtained points are added and give a rate on 100
