Report a skill to a person

This page explains how to report a skill to a person

• Skill button of the “People visualization”
• Module > 1. Skills > 2. Skills/pers.

Skills and Skill Levels must have been defined

• Select a person (F3-Search)
• Select a skill (F3-Search) and a skill level (F3-Search)

• In Start date field, enter the date since the person got the skill
• If the skill is time-bounded or must be renewed, enter the date of end in the field Expiration date

• A person who's got a skill can be registred in trainings that require that level of skill
• For every skill, a dashboard loads : (menu Modules > 1. Skills > 1. Skills)
  • qualified persons and their level
  • since when and for how long they are qualified
