Report the result of a training

General

This page explains how to report the result of a training.

Path

  • Training button of the “People Display”
  • Module > 2. Trainings > 3. Trainings/Person

Conditions

A person must have been enrolled on a training session

Screen view

Procedure

  • Enter the code of the person (or F3-Search)
  • Enter the code of the training (or F3-Search)
  • The training sessions on which the person have been enrolled appear in the table
  • In column “Presence”, report if the person attended the session(s) (F3-Search)
  • The final score must appear in Final evaluation field
  • Success or Failure are reported in Final result field

Exploitation

According to the final result, consequences are different :

  • If the result is Success, then :
    • the person gets the acquired skills as planned in the report of the training. It can be seen in the menu Modules > 1. Skills > 2 Skills/pers
      • the person can be enrolled on trainings that requiers her new level
  • If the result is Failure, then :
    • the person does not get the acquired skills as planned in the report of the training
      • the person can not be enrolled on trainings that requiers the level of the failed training

Dashboards

  • In the window of the training (Modules > 2. Trainings > 2. Trainings), the dashboard “People - Training grid” shows the enrolled persons- on this training and their result
  • For every skill (menu Modules > 1. Skills > 1. Skills), a dashboard shows the following informations :
    • graduated persons
    • their level
    • the date since when they got this skill
    • the expiry date of this skill level (if this skill/level is time bounded)
  • In the window of the employee (Menu People> 2. People Visualization), the dashboard Skills grid shows the skills of the person
